Privacy and medical information

Toptrono processes information needed to receive contributions, send receipts, review applications for help and manage campaigns. Health information requires particular care.

Public and private information

Only the authorized name, story, condition and materials of a campaign are published. Identity numbers, exact addresses, medical record numbers, insurance details, phone numbers, emails and complete medical documents must not be published. Application files and documents marked private are only accessible to authenticated administrators.

Your donor email never appears on the wall. Public name display is off by default, and you may hide the amount. Messages of support are reviewed before publication.

Providers and payments

PayPal processes payments under its own terms and privacy policy. Toptrono does not store full card numbers or PayPal passwords. The provider receives the information needed to process the transaction, including the amount and a campaign reference that does not contain the diagnosis.

Security and retention

Donor emails, private application information and audit IP addresses are encrypted in the database. Access to private documentation is logged. Financial records and necessary evidence are retained for reconciliation, dispute resolution and applicable obligations. Retention does not mean permanent publication.

Cookies and measurement

Necessary cookies support sessions, form protection and language preferences. The site does not activate advertising pixels on campaign, application or receipt pages. Technical events prepared for measurement do not include names, emails, messages, diagnoses or documents.

Your requests

You may contact Toptrono to request access, corrections, removal of public content or deletion of information where applicable. Withdrawal of publication authorization is assessed without changing financial records that must be retained.
