Toptrono is a private support and fundraising platform for medical cases. This description does not mean it is a registered foundation, NGO or charity.

Your contribution

Contributions are voluntary, are allocated to the chosen campaign and are processed through PayPal. The total is updated after the processor's confirmation has been received and verified. The platform does not guarantee a medical outcome or that a goal will be reached.

Contributions through this platform are not necessarily tax-deductible donations. The receipt acknowledges a confirmed payment, not a tax deduction.

Costs and use of funds

The platform does not add its own fee to your contribution. Payment processor fees are shown in Transparency. Disbursements and expenses are recorded by campaign. Funds received in PayPal are managed by Toptrono until their documented delivery or use; this platform does not provide beneficiaries with a bank account.

Errors, refunds and paused campaigns

If you notice an error, duplicate charge or have questions about the use of funds, contact support with your receipt reference. Each request is reviewed according to the circumstances, processor rules and applicable rights. A confirmed refund reduces the campaign total. Pausing or closing a campaign does not automatically trigger a refund or authorize moving funds to another cause.

Content and applications

Anyone submitting a case must be authorized to provide the information and materials. Applications are reviewed privately and are not published automatically. Toptrono may pause or remove incorrect, unauthorized or misleading content while reviewing it.
